清圓唇軟腭近音（英語：voiceless labialized velar approximant）[ʍ]是輔音的一種，是濁圓唇軟腭近音的清化音。歷史上又叫做清圓唇軟腭擦音。
又寫成[w̥]或[hw̥] 。
在美式英語中有這種輔音，很多時候 wh 都發這種音。英式英語則發[w]音。在美國，某些地區和某些人也發[w]音。
真正的清圓唇軟腭擦音則寫成[xʷ]。例如納瓦荷語中的[xʷòʃ] （仙人掌）。
特徵
清圓唇軟腭近音的特徵包括：
- 發聲類型是清音，意味着發音時聲帶並不顫動。
- 本輔音是口腔輔音（口音），表示調音時空氣只從口裏流出。
- 本輔音為中央輔音，調音時氣流在口腔的中央流過舌面，而不從兩側流過。
- 氣流機制是肺部氣流，即由肺與橫膈膜驅動空氣。
